Seven days a week, more than 220 employees take turns at the plant to ensure continuity of production and service. Each employee’s involvement contributes to the production of boards and the transmission of know-how.

Quality and R&D laboratory

Our quality teams continuously monitor materials and boards to ensure that finished products meet customer specifications. The Linex research and development laboratory, located at the heart of the plant, is used to test and validate new products, techniques and applications. Dimension, density, thickness, mechanical characteristics, batch size, production speed… Experts work on tailor-made solutions to meet the expectations of customers and end-users.

Reliability, maintenance & safety

Board production requires a large fleet of machines with a high availability rate.

Preventive maintenance and technical reliability strategies are implemented by Linex experts. The daily challenges are to reduce the risk of failure, guarantee the safety of people and goods, optimize machine availability and improve quality.
