Our roots
Linex is a pioneer in the sustainable manufacture of boards for furniture and home furnishings.
The plant, located in France’s Seine-Maritime département (76), employs over 220 people. Every year, 750,000 m3 of particleboard are produced using materials from the French wood, linen and recycling industries, and sold to customers worldwide.
A specialist in board manufacturing for several decades, Linex is committed to the sustainable management of French forests and the environmentally-friendly cultivation of flax. Our relationships with suppliers in the wood, linen, maintenance support and logistics sectors are an extension of the values of sustainability that guided the creation of the company. Over time, these loyal ties with local players and customers have contributed to the company’s development in the Normandy region.
Our boards
100% recyclable
Linex boards, made from unused or recycled wood offcuts and flax fibers from Normandy, are used to create a variety of elements such as worktops, furniture, partitions, doors and wedges. They are 100% recyclable and at the heart of our circular economy model. These boards are distinguished by their lightness, insulating capacity and recyclability. Linex stands out in the thick board segment thanks to the light weight of its products. They meet the tailor-made requirements of our national and international customers.
Our business lines
LINEX teams put their skills and commitment to work for customers all over the world.
More than 220 employees take turns in the factory 7 days a week. Thanks to their know-how, each and every one of them contributes to the need for an anchored, sustainable and circular economy.
